10.30am – Make a Christmas Door Wreath with Sarah Hill Flowers
Sarah will be demonstrating beautiful Christmas wreaths to grace your door this winter. As well as a fantastic range of foraged foliage she will also show you how to use natural accessories and a few glitzy extras to make a stunning decoration.

11.20am – Wet Felting Masterclass with Love Mia.Co
Maria will explain the art of traditional felt making using fleece, soap and water and show you what wonderful creations can be made from the results.
Maria Lee McCollum is a textile artist living in Cornwall. Earlier this year Maria in partnership with her husband David opened their first shop in Porthleven under her textile label ‘Love Mia.co’, from here she is making and teaching textiles whilst also stocking work by other local artists with a vintage inspired theme – lovemiatextileartist.wordpress.com
12.10pm – Paint Techniques using Annie Sloan Paint with Matt from Myrtle Vintage
Matt will explain the versatility of using chalk paints such as Annie Sloan and show you some of the basic techniques of painting & waxing. Join the upcycling revolution!
Myrtle Vintage Furniture opened in Bread Street, Penzance in the summer of 2011 and are stockists of Annie Sloan Chalk Paints, Fiddes wax’s & Liberon varnish’s. They sell vintage furniture, painted pieces, lots more carefully chosen furniture and also offer a painting service . The shop’s opening hours are 10.30 till 4.pm Monday – Friday and until 5pm on Saturday.
1.00pm – Patisserie Masterclass: Playing with Sugar with Eszter from Shutishuti
Eszter will be showing finishing techniques for different pastries such as the Courtesan au Chocolat, the famous pastry from the fictional Mendl’s Patisserie from the film Grand Budapest Hotel. She will also be showing you how to make the crunchy caramel topping for the famous Dobos Gateau and feather icing on Esterhazy Torte. There will also be some other impressive yet simple garnishing techniques on show involving caramel and poured fondant icing which will make your bakes stand out.
Eszter loves to create patisseries and cakes especially the ones she grew up eating as a child in Hungary. Her work draws from the rich tradition of patisserie of Europe and also expresses her creativity as an artist. She has been blogging and sharing recipes and became a baker after finishing her MA in Fine Art. www.shutishuti.co.uk
1.50pm – Tutored Cider Tasting with David from St Ives Cider
David will share his love of cider through a tutored cider tasting and talk through the range he has created and what he is trying to do with them. Join him to taste some of his ciders and ask questions. Over 18s only for this one!

2.45pm – Decorative PomPoms – FREE Make & Take Session with Pam from Paper Gardens
Join Pam for this FREE, make & take session in the demo theatre, showing you two different ways of making a basic tissue paper pompom and then how to be creative with them and make decorations for Christmas, parties and a whole lot more! Sit down, get comfy & get ready to make… Limited to 30 places. Note this is different from our workshop programme and will take place in the demonstration theatre on a first come, first serve basis.
