Thanks Falmouth!

Outlaw Craft FairFalmouth

Wow! What a three days that was…

We had a fabulously festive time at the very first Outlaw Christmas Market in Falmouth and hope you did too. The bunting was out and you all came out in your droves to buy lots of artisan goodies for Christmas!

We wanted to again say a massive thank you to the 10,000 of you that passed through the marquee over the three days as well as all 32 exhibitors our demonstrators, musicians and volunteers. You made it awesome!!

If you want to relive it all over again then take a look at our fabulous photo gallery below (taken on Saturday by the very talented Mike Newman).

We’ve been busy putting together our schedule of events for 2015 and will be announcing some of the dates in the next couple of weeks.

Until next time, keep craftin’ and have a very merry Christmas!

Outlaw Christmas Market is coming to Falmouth

Thursday 11th to Saturday 13th December | The Moor, Falmouth

We’re now just 2 weeks away to the start of the very first Outlaw Christmas Market on the Moor in the centre of Falmouth town centre. From Thursday 11 to Saturday 13 December you’ll be able to enjoy 30 artisan makers & producers as well as festive food, drink, live music and maybe the odd bit of mulled wine too!

Rosie-DK-croppedGet all your presents under one roof, from craft gin to screenprinted homewares and gorgeous artisan chocolate we’ve got you covered for Christmas. PLUS, it’s all local so you can know you’re supporting the Cornish economy too! Click here to see a full list of makers.

Thursday 11 is late night shopping in Falmouth so we’ll be open from 12 noon through to 8pm. Then on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 we’ll be open from 10am to 5pm.

For more info and details of how to find us click here.

See you there!

Volunteer with Outlaw and get Festive!

outlaw-9719It’s less than 3 weeks to go til the marquee goes up and the Outlaw Christmas Market officially begins!

That also means we’re on the look out for some festive Outlaw volunteers to help us get the final touches in place and make sure the 3 days run to plan.

We would love to invite a small team of volunteers to join us for just a few hours to make the very first Outlaw Christmas Market in Falmouth something to be remembered.

What we need help with:

  • Decorating and setting up the Outlaw Marquee. We’ll need lots of help to transform our simple marquee structure into something fabulously festive! Think paper chains, christmas trees and lots of holly! (Wednesday 10th December, from 4.00pm).
  • Exhibitor setup and layout – help our exhibitors get in place quickly and efficiently, while taking a sneeky peek at their products too! (Thursday 11th, from 8.00am to around 11.00am when the event opens – although any time in between would also be greatly appreciated).

If any of the above sounds like fun then drop Judi a line at and let her know how you would like to help and when you are free.

We’ll have plenty of tea and biscuits at the ready and a little thank you gift to show our gratitude!

Thank you again for your continued support of our events!

Josh & Judi (Team Outlaw)

Just to note the Outlaw Christmas Market will take place right in the centre of Falmouth town on the Moor Piazza, next to Prezzo. Thanks.

Well, that was a blast!

We showcased over 60 of the best artisan makers plus workshops, demos, a make & take and delicious food… we can’t say thank you enough to the 1500 of you that turned up and joined us last Saturday. It was a blast!

We had some great comments, but we are always looking to make it a better day out for you, so if you have a spare moment please complete our visitor feedback form and let us know what you think.

We’re busy getting ready for the Outlaw Christmas Market on The Moor in Falmouth Town Centre from 11-13th December, but until then check out the gallery of photos below from Outlaw No.3 on Saturday.

This week was a busy time at Outlaw HQ with finalising design work, leaflet distribution and last minute venue checks! But most exciting of all was a fun visit to the Spring Makers Market at Penryn Campus, Falmouth University. The fair showcased a selection of up and coming student makers currently studying at the university.

The Outlaw team was invited, by the University, to come along and choose the best student maker at the fair and also present the Outlaw Student Award.

The Outlaw Student Award is our way of showing support to emerging student makers. It will hopefully go a small way to promoting up and coming creative talent and help new makers on their first tentative steps to success.

We’re pleased to announce that the winner of the very first Outlaw Student Award is (drum roll please!)… Continue Reading →
